Sharon has worked in the insurance industry since 2004 both on the medical side and property and casualty, specializing in Farm and Ranch. In 2015, she earned her Associates in Insurance Services and in 2016, completed the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist program, earning her AFIS designation. What she likes most about working in the insurance industry is the personal relationship she develops with her clients.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 girls camping, hiking, riding and whatever adventure the outdoors can bring.
Justin Pranger has been in the crop insurance industry for approx. 5 years and has been both on the agent side and the insurance company side. He has seen how numerous agencies work their policies as well as how to work with the insurance companies. Justin has worked with pretty much every crop insurable and has even helped make some crops become insurable. He is always looking to push the envelope and create new policies that haven’t been created yet!
Justin grew up in Heppner, Oregon playing sports and being active in community programs.
He and his wife currently live in Medford, OR on their horse boarding facility and run hay brokering business in southern Oregon. In their free time, they like to find a lake to go relax by and hang out with family and friends.
While working in his grandfather's insurance agency during time off from studying biology/business at the University of Oregon, Jason Graybeal learned the values of what insurance means to a consumer. Jason also learned that skiing wasn't going to pay the bills. When the opportunity presented itself to gain ownership of a struggling insurance agency, he jumped right in. After growing that agency 3 fold, he sold that agency to fund the start-up of Graybeal Insurance, an Independent Insurance agency.
Greg Boyd grew up in beautiful Lake Chelan, WA, and has always been very active in sports and all outdoor activities throughout his life. Greg attended Eastern Washington University competing in Track as a Decathlete and graduated after 4 years with a BA in Business/Human Resource Management. He moved to the Tri-Cities in 2006 and truly enjoys the weather and the outdoor activities of camping, hunting, fishing, golf, etc. He married his amazing wife Danielle in 2009 and has two incredible children named Evan and Emmerson.
Greg originally started in the insurance realm in 2007 at Country Financial. He is currently licensed to write Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance.
Steve Taylor has over 30 years of sales and customer service experience. Before joining Graybeal Group Inc., he served as General Manager of Sales for a large equipment dealer in the Northwest. After 14 years in that industry, Steve felt it was time to change directions in life. Steve has a sincere passion for protecting our clients and every single aspect of their operations. Steve says, “the key to true service for our clients is to always be proactive. Reactive agents are too late, they miss the window to ensure proper protection.”

Dylan Pettyjohn is a Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage (PRF) Crop Insurance Specialist, with the responsibility for Marketing Strategy, Growers Operation Risk Protection, and Maximizing the Insureds PRF Coverage.
Prior to joining Graybeal Group, Dylan was the West Regional Marketing Manager for Diversified Crop Insurance Services overseeing a nine-state territory. He has worked in the Crop Insurance industry for over a decade starting out as an adjuster in the Pacific Northwest before moving into a field marketing role and then a regional marketing manager.
Dylan’s strengths are his passion, leadership, and drive for Crop Insurance. Growing up on a farm in northeastern Oregon provided him with experience, knowledge, and understanding of how important the crop insurance program is to our nation’s farmers and ranchers.
Now leading the Crop Insurance Division, he looks forward to helping build a great business through empowering team members and clients.
Jamin Maltos has been an insurance agent since 1999. The best part of her job is educating my clients on the coverages they have and the coverages available to them. Jamin enjoys finding the coverage for each one that protects them completely and provides the best value for their money. The best part of the office is the one on one relationships with their clients and the importance to the team that they provide the best service at all times.
Outside of work, Jamin's kids are involved in sports and that keeps her busy with practices and games. She also loves camping and fishing and tries to go as often as possible.
Kim Taylor has been in the insurance business since 1992. In 2006 Kim obtained her Certified Insurance Counselors designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
Outside of work she enjoys hanging out with her family and labradors, reading, shopping antiques/flea markets, and the occasional travel.
Ashley Tompkins has been in the insurance industry since 2002. Ashley started at Farmers Insurance and found a better opportunity with Graybeal Group. She has been with Graybeal Group since October 2014. Ashley loves getting to know her clients and helping them out with their insurance needs. She is currently licensed in auto and home.
Outside of work Ashley enjoys watching her two boys play sports, camping, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
I am Amanda Foster, but I go by Mandy. I have worked in the insurance industry for the last 27 years. Of 27 years I have worked for Consumer Insurance Services, llc for the last 25 years before we joined the Graybeal Group Inc family.
Amanda Foster works in the Bend office with her husband of 23 years, Calvin Foster as well as with her twin sister Sheila Harris, who is in the Redmond office!
Amanda grew up in Philomath Oregon and attended Linn-Benton Community College briefly due to uncertainty on what she should do for a career.
Amanda has two grown boys and a stepson. She has several hobbies that her family enjoys including hunting, cowboy fast draw, camping, and archery competition.
Callie Chenoweth has been with Consumer Insurance Services/Graybeal Group Inc. since September of 2020. Prior to working in insurance, she worked at Avis Car Rentals.
When Callie isn't working you can find her painting furniture, exploring the outdoors, or taking a road trip. She is a mother of three children as well as one fur baby.
Calvin Foster is not your typical looking or acting Insurance person. He has been with Graybeal Group Inc. for over 20ish years and has enjoyed meeting all the people he's helped over the years (clients or not).
In Calvin's free time he enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping. He lives on a small scab of land 22 acres with horses, dogs, pigs, chickens, and five bossy goldfish. Calvin enjoys doing the Cowboy Fast Draw (whereas he is the president of the Crooked River Rangers club) with his beautiful wife of so far 23 years, man what a patient and loving wife. He also loves riding his bike whenever he can and that doesn't mean the pedaling kind!
Calvin has three boys, a niece, and a goddaughter. he is very proud of all of them in all of the choices they have made for their lives. Also, thank god for video chat to be able to communicate with his son who is overseas in the Marines (thank you Armed Forces for everything).
Lauri Lewis has worked for Consumer Insurance Services LLC/ Graybeal Group inc for a little over a year. Prior, Lauri worked in the dental field for 25 yrs. Lauri works with two of her closest friends from school, Mandy Foster and Sheila Harris.
In her free time, Lauri enjoys camping, riding quads, and hiking. She has 2 grown sons, one grandson, and a beloved chocolate lab named Cabela.
Sheila Harris, Mandy Foster's twin sister, has worked in the insurance industry since 1997 when she started with Consumer Insurance Services LLC, recently joining with Graybeal Group Inc.
Sheila has worked in the Consumer Insurance Services LLC Redmond, Prineville, and Bend offices. Currently, Sheila is working in the Redmond office.
She grew up with her sister and Lauri Lewis in Philomath Oregon and attended Linn-Benton Community college. On her free time, Sheila enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and shooting. She currently has an awesome Bluetick named Rebel.
